Develop a meaningful plan to recruit, retain, effectively integrate youth into the community
Identify milestones and growth checkpoints for Islamic education and practice
Develop youth support structure for counseling, mentoring, and career
Develop opportunities for female youth leadership and group activities
Identify national growth trends and incorporate them in the youth organization
Organize youth recreational activities
Propose a budget and plan for activities
Liaison with resource committees for facilities and logistical services available
Establish services and communication with external organizations serving as resources for youth such as Young Muslims and Muslim Students Association

Intermediate-level Islamic Education
College education required; bachelors preferred
US resident of at least 5 years
Must be fluent in English – oral and written
Must have excellent organizational skills to plan and execute multiple projects concurrently
