Subjects

The Subjects provide basic Islamic knowledge to children. Each child is evaluated and placed in an appropriate level. Maktab books are very interactive and fun to learn. The staff introduce many projects and activities in class, to keep the children engaged.

Apart from the material in the books, Maktab staff regularly organize different events.For example talks by Guest Speakers, Muharram day, ART Night, Maktab Newsletter with competitions etc to instill Islamic Orientation and Tarbiyah in the young minds.

Subjects covered:

• Adaab and Akhlaq (Etiquette, Manners and Character)
• Aqaaid (Beliefs)
• Thahreekh (Islamic History) and Seerah (Life of the Prophet(sal))
• Fiqh (Salah, Wudu, Cleanliness etc)
• Memorization of Masnoon Duas (dua before eating, drinking, sleeping etc)
• Memorization of the 40 Ahadeeth
