Alhamdulillah, Darul Ihsaan at MCMC is blessed with a highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated team of principals, teachers, administrators, assistants, and volunteers who work together to provide quality Islamic and academic education.
Our educators and staff strive to create a nurturing Islamic environment that promotes knowledge, character development, leadership, and spiritual growth for every student.
With over 40 staff members and volunteers serving across various departments and grade levels, Darul Ihsaan continues to support students and families with sincerity, professionalism, and dedication.

Principal — Sr. Naureen Khan
Sr. Naureen Khan has over 20 years of experience teaching Al-Qur’an with Tajweed, Islamic Studies, Seerah, and Fiqh.
Since 2017, she has served as Principal and Senior Qur’an teacher for Darul Ihsaan Middle and High School (Grades 6–12). She has helped students strengthen Qur’an recitation, Tajweed, Tafseer, and Islamic understanding while mentoring teachers and youth within the community.
She also designs curriculum for higher grades and conducts teacher development and training programs.
Principal — Sr. Tahira Mirza
Sr. Tahira Mirza serves as Principal for Darul Ihsaan Elementary School (Pre-K through Grade 5).
She has extensive experience teaching Islamic Studies, Seerah, and Qur’an and has been actively involved with Darul Ihsaan since 2017. Sr. Tahira oversees curriculum planning, teacher guidance, administration, and student development while supporting young educators and volunteers.
