MCMC SPORTS PRESENTS – BRISK WALKING

*Br Tasneem Khan would like to coordinate and invite you to join him in this exercise that he has been doing regularly for years.*

About a mile or two walk from MCMC. Let’s do light & easy. “Moderation” is the key anyway.

Saturday mornings after the Fajir B/F club program from 8AM, Sep 7th thru November and continue if the weather permits.

As separated groups, both brothers & sisters are invited to join.

A few benefits of walking: Maintain a healthy weight, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, strengthen your bones and muscles.

Improve your mood, your balance and coordination.
