MCMC Saturday School is committed to provide the best Islamic education, environment and activities for the children, youth and other members of our community, and this year again, insha'Allah we will strive to do the same by offering interesting teaching programs delivered by experienced and trained teachers. Educational activities for parents will also be provided during the school hours, insha'Allah.
School Timings: Saturday 9:30 – 1:15 ( Dismissal after Duhar Salat)
Quran Reading, Surah Memorization, Islamic Studies
Grades: Pre-K to Grade 6th
Dates: August 25th and September 2nd
Time: From 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Location: MCMC, 1000 Hoes Lane Piscataway
Seats are limited and therefore registration will be accepted in-person on a first-come first-served basis. Parents are required to bring their children to the School at the time of registration. Please bring completed Membership and Registration forms along with cash/checks to facilitate the registration process. The required books can be purchased with cash during these sessions.
First Day of School: Sep 8th
The School timings are from 9:30 am to Salat-ud-Duhur at 1:15 pm. Students will be allowed to leave after praying Duhur Salat.
What Books do we use?
We use Weekend Learning Islamic Studies books by Weekend Learning Publishers.
Students are given regular weekly homework. Parents can check homework assignments online at www.mcmcweekendschool.com.
How are we different from MCMC Sunday School?
Saturday and Sunday schools are two separate institutions of Muslim Center of Middlesex County (MCMC). Both schools use the same book series and curriculum. The program administration, teachers, class schedules and syllabus are different.
