MCMC Annual General Body Meeting will insha'Allah be Sunday, June 10, 2012 after Salatuz Zuhr.

Dr. Abu Zayd will speak on the personality of the month on Friday, June 8 after Salatul Maghrib.

Alhamdulillah, The MCMC Maktab, an after school Quran and Islamic studies program is in its 2nd year of operation. The program is especially useful for children going to public school and provides a fun learning environment using crafts, quizzes, contests with the focus on Islamic tarbiyah. The participating children love to come to Maktab and the class attendance is 100 percent. Since September, 8 children have completed Qaida(learning to read Quran/tajweed). May Allah reward all of our MCMC volunteers with the best of both worlds.

Since the beginning of this Maktab year, the staff are publishing a newsletter each month covering a specific topic to better educate the kids on that subject. Alhamdulillah, we are getting a lot of responses from our students, especially in the Maktab News page.
